OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ireland's Deputy Prime Minister Eamon Gilmore, has condemned the Friday blasts in Dnipropetrovsk.

"I condemn this irresponsible act which threatened the lives of countless innocent people in Dnipropetrovsk. Such attacks are unacceptable," reads the statement by the chairman posted on the OSCE Web site.

"Our thoughts are with the people of Ukraine at this time and I wish those injured a speedy recovery," Gilmore said.
