"We have a number of criminal proceedings that we support, there are high-profile criminal proceedings – this is the well-known Lybid LLC [Investment Union Lybid LLC], these are Russian oligarchs – Igor and Arkady Rotenberg, who own Ocean Plaza. And it was found that during 2016-2021, the specified enterprise evaded taxation, UAH 546 million were not paid," Vyhovsky said at a press conference on Monday.
According to Vyhovsky, since the beginning of the war, the National Police of Ukraine has placed financial control over the operations of 7,000 residents who had "economic relations with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus and thus prevented the withdrawal of funds totaling more than UAH 200 billion to the aggressor countries."
