Cyprus-based Prime One Capital Limited on June 29 and June 30, 2017 sold 18,571 shares in Ovostar Union N.V. (the Netherlands), the holding company of Ovostar Union agro-industrial group.

According to a report of the group on the website of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), average price of the share was PLN 116.49.

The number of shares of Ovostar Union in ownership of Prime One Capital Limited is 4.215 million, or 70.2% of outstanding shares.
