The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) expects to receive the equivalent of $1 billion of forex funds of the third tranche from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) under the Extended Fund Facility program on Friday, September 16, NBU Governor Valeriya Gontareva has reported.

"We've already received the message from the IMF that tomorrow we will get this $1 billion: part in SDRs and part in other currencies as $1 billion is the equivalent," she said at a press conference in Kyiv.
