Largest cinema of Multiplex chain worth $5.5 mln will open in Lavina Mall trade center in Kyiv

The largest cinema of the Multiplex network will be located on an area of about 5,000 square meters in the Lavina Mall trade and entertainment center in Kyiv, according to Urban Experts (Kyiv), a consulting company in the field of real estate.

"Lavina Mall is a unique location for the network, which will allow to cover not only the audience of Kyiv. Investment in the project [the opening of the cinema] is about $5.5 million," reads the report citing the Urban Experts CEO, the author of the Lavina Mall concept, Vitaliy Boiko.

According to the report, the cinema will have 13 halls with a total capacity of 2,500 seats. It will also have own coffee house M-cafe. A large number of halls will allow to show various content to visitors - they will be able to see matches of Ukrainian football teams in the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League, masterpieces of the world theater, opera and ballet, the broadcasting of international cyber sports tournaments.

According to Urban Experts, the new cinema will monthly accept more than 70,000 visitors.

Urban Experts was established in late March 2016 by former managing partner of Ukrainian Trade Guild (UTG, Kyiv) Vitaliy Boiko. The company intends to specialize in offering a conventional range of services, including consulting, reconceptualization, seeking tenants and property management, and when extended - architecture and investment.

In late May 2016 Urban Experts signed a partnership agreement with British-based architectural firm Leslie Jones Architecture, at the end of June with the NAI Global international consulting network, within which it will represent the network in Ukraine under the NAI Ukraine brand.
