Roshen CEO has no plan to increase share in company capital

Director General of Roshen Corporation Viacheslav Moskalevsky has no plan to increase his share in the charter capital of the company in the near future.

"I have no such funds, and I don't want to assume a debt. I'm relatively happy person. If my share grows, nothing will change in my life, but I'll owe money," he said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

Currently Moskalevsky owns a 13% stake in Roshen, another four managers of the company, namely Yevhen Vovchanovsky, Serhiy Zaitsev, Kostiantyn Mai and Volodymyr Yarandin, own 0.5% of shares each. In 2013, the share of the Roshen CEO in the company amounted to 9%, that of Petro Poroshenko stood at 91%.

"I've really got a lot of trouble: I have to struggle, take anti-crisis measures, and so on. Therefore my share has grown. And Ihor Kononenko, Oleh Svynarchuk and Oleh Zimin are now not related to the company," the Roshen head said.

Moskalevsky added he does not believe in a quick sale of Poroshenko's share amidst the current economic situation.

"I think he won't quickly sell his stake. Nestle and Mondelez have own factories here. Given the economic situation, I don't think Ukraine is a priority market for them," the head of the company added.
