Kernel's managers sell 190,000 of shares for over PLN 10 mln
Companies under control of top managers of Kernel Group, in the period from March 14 to March 18, sold 190,008 shares in the holding company of the group - Kernel Holding S.A. (Luxembourg) for PLN 10.564 million.
The company reported on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE), average price of a share was PLN 55.6 ($14.68 at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Poland on March 18).
As of March 21, 2016, the number of outstanding shares was 79.683 million.
Kernel is a vertically integrated company which has been operating in the Ukrainian agribusiness sector since 1994. The group produces sugar and sunflower oil, distributes bottled oil under the brand names Schedry Dar, Stozhar and Chumak Zolota, exports oil and grain, and provides elevator storage services for grain and oilseeds.
