Ukraine wants to buy 50% in Lysychansk oil refinery from Russia's Rosneft, says Ukrainian president

Ukraine plans to buy a 50% stake in Lysychansk oil refinery (private joint-stock company LINIK, Luhansk region), which today belongs to Russia's Rosneft, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"Now the talks [on the launch of the refinery] are being finished. If we manage, we'll have 50% to 50% [in Ukraine and Russia's ownership]," the head of state said in an interview with Ukrainian TV channels on Wednesday.
"Maybe, Ukraine will buy 100% of the refinery, but it's likely that there will be 50% to 50%," he added.
