Ukraine's telecoms regulator registers new national virtual mobile operator

The National Commission for Communications and IT Regulation on Wednesday included Fidomobile LLC, which will provide Internet access services with and without the use of radiofrequencies in 27 Ukrainian regions, in the register of telecoms operators and providers, the commission announced on its Web site on Thursday.
Serhiy Perehonchuk is director of Fidomobile, according to the commission's register.
The company was registered in 2013, and positions itself as an operator of a virtual national mobile communications network and a wireless broadband Internet network.
Among its major services are voice and video calls, text and content messaging, wireless access to the Internet, international roaming, and others.
"The operator will start providing all types of services when it gets necessary permits and licenses and begins implementing technical solutions in keeping with the business plan for the company's development," Fidomobile said in a statement on its Web site.
