'Production Association Yuzhny Machine-Building plant named after A.M. Makarov' State Enterprise (YUZHMASH) and Robinson Patman Law Firm signed the Memorandum of Cooperation. The Memorandum was signed on March 3rd, 2021.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to ensure advocacy for YUZHMASH on the national level and globally.

That was informed by Robinson Patman Law Firm.

On the side of YUZHMASH the Memorandum was signed by the General Director Sergii Voyt, and on the side of Robinson Patman it was signed by the Managing Partner Dmytro Vidsota.

As it was informed, the parties agreed to cooperate in order to promote Ukraine's rocket industry development, advance the competitiveness of national space enterprises in the global market and improve regulatory framework in space engineering.

According to the Memorandum, Robinson Patman will advise YUZHMASH on various issues of international economic activities (including expansion of export), protection of economic competition, public procurement, state aid, and will represent interests of YUZHMASH before the Ukrainian state authorities, ss it was informed by Robinson Patman.

Since 1950s of the 20th century, four generations of strategic missile systems, about 400 space vehicles of 70 various modifications and space launch vehicles of 'Cyclone', 'Cosmos', 'Zenit' series have been created by YUZHMASH.
