DIM group of companies commissions New Autograph residential complex
The DIM group of companies has put into operation the second facility since the beginning of 2024, the New Autograph residential complex received a certificate of readiness for the construction project, the company’s press service reports.
"The New Autograph residential complex is an example of a popular and marketable concept of a multifunctional residential complex based on the concept of a 15-minute city on the left bank of Kyiv, a minute from Peremoha Park. These are two buildings of 18-26 floors in four sections, 810 apartments. The project includes a cozy courtyard, recreation areas, a children’s playground, a sports ground, and a well-thought-out commercial infrastructure,” co-founder and managing partner of the DIM group of companies Oleksandr Nasikovsky shared the details.
According to him, modern architecture, aesthetics, quality, energy independence and service, combined with an environmentally friendly location, are the ideal components of this comfort+ class residential complex, which can provide maximum comfort for residents and the liquidity of this property for many years.
The press service clarified that residents of the complex will receive artesian water, individual heating in their apartments, designer lobbies, thoughtful layouts, infrastructure content, a closed local area, a green courtyard without cars, and for car owners – an underground parking. Security is provided by 24-hour security and video surveillance. Service and maintenance of the house will be carried out by the management company DIM Expert, which has been servicing all commissioned DIM facilities for more than six years.
The DIM group of companies was founded in 2014 and consists of six companies covering all stages of construction. To date, it has put into operation 12 houses in six residential complexes with a total residential area of more than 218,000 square meters. There are six residential complexes of the comfort+ and business class categories at the construction stage, including New Autograph, Metropolis, Park Lake City, and Lucky Land.
