Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has U.S. Senator John McCain (the Republican Party) with the Order of Freedom and U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (the Republican Party) with the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise to at a meeting in Kyiv on Friday.

"The president has awarded Senator John McCain with the Order of Freedom and presented the Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise to Senator Lindsey Graham for their significant personal contribution to the development of relations between Ukraine and the U.S.," Poroshenko's press service reported.

The U.S. Senate delegation also included Senator Amy Klobuchar (the Democratic Party).
