The net loss of the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund in 2015 increased by 70 times compared to the financial result in 2014, to UAH 66.639 billion, according to the fund's annual financial statements published in the official press.

As reported, the fund plans in 2016 to obtain UAH 15-18 billion from the sale of insolvent banks' assets, of which UAH 9 billion from the sale of pledged property on refinancing loans from the National Bank of Ukraine. The amount of sales for 2014-2015 totaled about UAH 1.2 billion.

At the same time, according to the fund, the total amount of bank assets to be sold in March 2016 exceeded UAH 400 billion, their market value is about UAH 80 billion.
