Suspect in terrorist attacks in Dnipropetrovsk requests further investigation and jury trial

Viktor Sukachov, a suspect in committing terrorist attacks in Dnipropetrovsk, has said that investigators are pressurizing him and that he wants the criminal case to be returned for further investigation and to be considered by a jury.

An Interfax-Ukraine reporter said that at 1400 on Thursday, the Industrialny District Court of Dnipropetrovsk began the preliminary consideration of the criminal case on the terrorist attacks in Dnipropetrovsk on April 27.

Judge Viktoria Ihnatenko is presiding over the hearing of the case. Four prosecutors and lawyers are present in the courtroom. Only one suspect, Sukachov, is also present in the courtroom. He has been accused of committing terrorist attacks and setting up a terrorist group.
