Shmyhal announces additional UAH 6.8 bln for eRestoration program

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal has announced the allocation of additional UAH 6.8 billion for the eRestoration state program, under which owners of war-damaged housing can receive compensation for repairs.
"Today, we are approving a decision on allocating additional UAH 6.8 billion for this program [eRestoration]. UAH 2.4 billion of these funds will be spent on repairs of Ukrainians' housing. Small, medium-scale repairs and overhauls. We are grateful to the World Bank for financing this program and granting this sum to Ukraine," he said at an offsite meeting of the government in Kharkiv region on Friday.
According to the Prime Minister, another UAH 4.4 billion will be spent on financing housing certificates for 3,000 citizens.
