Poland's Alchemia secures permissions from Germany and Poland's antitrust agencies to buy ISD Huta Czestochowa pipe plant

Poland and Germany's antimonopoly agencies have issued permissions to Poland's Alchemia SA Group to acquire a pipe plant, which was a part of ISD Huta Czestochowa Sp. z o.o of the Ukrainian corporation Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD).

The company reported on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Wednesday that the German Antitrust Federal Agency issued the permit on December 14, 2010 and the Polish agency on December 8, 2010 permitted Alchemia to build up a stake in the plant, and the company received the document on December 10, 2010.
