Smart-holding decides to increase charter capital by 2.5 times

The shareholders of PJSC Smart-holding (Kyiv) have decided to increase the company's charter capital by UAH 150 million, to UAH 250.469 million by a private placement of additionally issued common registered shares with a nominal value of UAH 1 each due to additional contributions.

According to a company report in the information disclosure system of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission, the shareholders made the relevant decision at an extraordinary meeting on August 22 this year.

"The purpose of placing shares and using financial resources raised from share placement is to replenish the company's working capital and ensure its further development," the company said.

As reported, PJSC Smart-holding in 2016 saw a net non-consolidated loss of UAH 28.505 million, while in 2015 this figure was UAH 93.626 million. Its uncovered loss by the end of last year amounted to UAH 156.203 million.
