MP (People's Will group of lawmakers) and a representative of industrialists, businessmen and employers in the parliament Oles Dovhy intends to create an analytical center that would provide materials to the bills to lawmakers.

"My office will carry out the systemic analysis of bills. They would create the rules not for the concrete business, but for the entire sector. It is important for me that if any legislative initiative provides preferences to one entity, misbalancing the competitive environment of the entire sector, I can see this and inform lawmakers about it in public," he said in an exclusive interview with Interfax-Ukraine.

Dovhy said that his office is intended to improve communications between power and business.

"I am not planning to consider selected business cases," he said.

He also said that he plans to create an analytical center that would study experience of other countries in concrete sectors, hear positions of business and power to reflect the compromises in legislative initiatives.

"I plan to spread this analytics among lawmakers. They would see risks and bonuses for the state for the important legislative initiatives and decide how to vote. Passing the document of the national scale we should see not only dry bills, but also calculations," he said.

He said that one of his tasks is development of economic diplomacy.
