Ukrnafta preparing plan of paying UAH 2.5 bln in dividends to minor shareholders

PJSC Ukrnafta is developing a plan of paying UAH 2.5 billion in dividends for 2011-2014 to minority shareholders, CEO Mark Rollins has said at a press conference in Kyiv.

"We are now working on a plan to repay the debt [on dividends] to minority shareholders," he said.

As reported, with reference to Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk, Ukrnafta transferred UAH 1.77 billion in dividends to the state.

Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, while a group of companies associated with the shareholders of PrivatBank holds about 42% of the shares.
