The Ukrainian Information Policy Ministry and volunteers have developed a website called i-army.org, where citizens of Ukraine can join the 'i-army'.

The Information Policy Ministry said on its website the main task of the project will be to mobilize users of social networking sites to "report truthful information and fight Russian propaganda."

The report says that "the spread of Russian bots, the spread of fake information, information and psychological pressure exerted by the Russian media - all these things should get a drastic response from Ukraine" and the i-army.org project aims to unite efforts in this direction.

"I already said more than once that we should effectively combat Russian bots and fake information. I think this project will give us many volunteers who are ready to disseminate truthful information and expose fake reports from Russia," Ukrainian Information Policy Minister Yuriy Stets said.
