PRESS RELEASE: M&A market in Ukraine: modern trends and development prospects for 2012

According to a survey conducted by M&A Predictor, the global M&A market is continuing to recover, despite the recent loss of confidence. Sampled Ukrainian companies over the last 12 months had a positive net profit growth of 255% and forecast a decrease in net debt by 75% for the next 12 months. What will happen with Ukraine?
