Ambassador Eric Ullenhag: Sweden continues to support Ukraine

The Kingdom of Sweden continues to support Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, who are defending freedom and independence. The Swedish Ambassador to Israel Erik Ullenhag wrote about this at Twitter.

«A year ago, but another world, last spring my friend Yevgen Korniychuck (Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel, - Ed.) hosted a tennis tournament. We will continue to support Ukraine and its heroic citizens as they defend the freedom. One day, we again will meet for tennis arranged by a free and independent Ukraine. Слава Україні!» - wrote the ambassador

As reported, in 2021 the Embassy of Ukraine in Israel held the first Ukrainian-Israeli friendly tennis tournament, which was attended by about 150 people. Diplomats from Lithuania, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Germany, Georgia, Turkey, Ukraine, Israeli Foreign Ministry officials, businessmen and public figures competed for the awards.
