Ibuild 2020 - Ukrainian annual award, which determines the best specialists, projects, objects and enterprises in the construction industry. The main goal of the competition is to draw attention to the achievements of companies and market players, as well as evaluate the contribution to the development of the construction industry in Ukraine.

The organizer of this award, which is the most reliable in the sphere of construction and real estate, is the specialized association -  the Confederation of Builders of Ukraine.

Uniqueness of the shopping and entertainment center “Ocean Mall”

This is the third mega-mall in Kiev. In 2016, the first object was Lavina Mall, the second one -  Blockbuster Mall.

The main goal of the ambitious project is to become the main shopping center of the country and a popular tourist attraction, therefore it was designed  in the retail resort format, focusing on the trade function on the one hand, and entertainment on the other. Fun zone will include 

the first entertainment digital park in Ukraine and cinema with IMAX hall (the only one in the center of the capital). Ocean Plaza and Ocean Mall will combine 800 stores and form the best shopping destination in Kyiv center.

The mall concept was developed by the British architectural bureau Leslie Jones Architecture together with the leading consulting company NAI Ukraine.
