The American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine held its Annual Members Appreciation Reception at the Ukrainian House on Thursday, January 9th.

Senior management of the Chamber Member companies, Members of the newly elected Chamber Board of Directors, representatives of the embassies and trade economic missions attended this traditional event. Jorge Zukoski, the Chamber President, in his welcoming speech presented results of 2008 Membership Satisfaction Survey where 97% of CEOs of Member Companies agreed that Chamber Mission, Vision and Strategic Development is relevant to the Ukrainian business environment and expressed satisfaction with the Chamber operations and activities. Mr. Zukoski also mentioned the upcoming launch of the Chamber Competitiveness Report, the publication aimed to strengthen Ukraine's competitiveness through legislative and regulatory reform. The Chamber is currently uniting more than 600 companies from over 50 nations across the globe.
