Gas Com Trade, LLC officially declares that the company is not related to any criminal proceedings violated by the Chief Investigative Directorate of the National Police and the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine regarding unscrupulous natural gas market traders, as it was stated before by some media resources.

Gas Com Trade operates on the Ukrainian gas market under the license issued in accordance with the Resolution of the National Committee of Ukraine, which performs state regulation in the spheres of energy and utilities of September 11, 2018 No. 979. During this time, the company has sold over 160 million cubic meters of gas for the benefit of gas traders and final consumers. It represents the company as one of the leading players in the Ukrainian market.

According to the Energy Customs, the entire volume of gas imported by Gas Com Trade company into the territory of Ukraine has been cleared according to the requirements of the Ukrainian legislation. The VAT was paid in the amount of UAH 159.9 million, which is confirmed by the official letter of the State Fiscal Service (attached below).

Gaz Kom Treid works with large corporate businesses as well as with housing and public utility companies and small consumers. The suppliers of the company are the largest European energy traders, such as MOL Commodity Trading LLC; Udinex SPLLC; CYEB GmbH; Promtorg sro; Colombanier Analytics SE; JAS Energy Trading sro; SGaz sro. One of the largest contractors of the company in Ukraine is the DTEK holding company.

The company also supplies gas to the EU. So, at the end of April 2019, the company carried natural gas supply through a gas carrier FGSZ Ltd for the benefit of a subsidiary of Hungary's largest state-owned energy company MOL Commodity Trading LLC. According to “Skat-Trade”, in June 2019, the company was ranked second in the national market on the revenues from natural gas sales at CE UEEX. Only one gas trading session in July 2019 brought the company an income of UAH 34.8 million VAT included from the conclusion of four agreements for the total amount of 5.76 million cubic meters of gas.

According to the “Business Censor”, in the first half of 2019, Gas Com Trade became one of the leaders in gas import to Ukraine together with Ukrtransgaz, Naftogaz, ERU Trading and SOCAR Ukraina TD.

“Due to fair competition we make to other companies in the Ukrainian gas market, there are no sanctions in the Unified State Register of Court Decisions against our company. There are no facts of the absence of payment of taxes and fees stipulated by the Ukrainian legislation," - said Olga Kryvenko, the Gas Com Trade’s CEO.

“We consider information distributed by several leading media resources as a diversion aimed at undermining our reputation for the benefit of counterparties both in Ukraine and in the international market,” - emphasized Kryvenko.
