PRESS RELEASE: Seventh International Business Forum&Exhibition "Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2011"

"Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2011" is the only annual event in Ukraine in the field of telecommunications in the B2B format, focused on business solutions optimization.
Despite the financial crisis, the number of participants exceeded 1,000 people in 2010. The range of countries of origin of both speakers and exhibitors has expanded significantly. Besides Ukraine, companies from Russia, Turkey, Romania, Poland, the United States and Israel were also represented at the exhibition.
About 30 companies either individually or jointly demonstrated their services at the exhibition, the participants listened to 22 reports, visited the workshops and participated in round tables. The final all-Ukrainian annual "Profi Voice: The professional voice of operator – 2010” contest was held during the forum.

"Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2011" is a central event in the field of IT communication, a meeting place for the service provider and the customer, a place where potential customers can choose a proper call center or CRM system, where they can learn the difference between two service providers and get answers to all questions by listening to the reports and visiting stands.
For the first time, the reports will be evaluated on-line by the forum's participants in accordance with a "like - not like" system, and the results displayed. It enables the report quality to be improved and the visitors to express their opinions.
