PRESS RELEASE: The Third Annual Conference 'Mergers and Acquisitions in Ukraine'

Traditionally at the end of November Conference House Company holds a conference devoted to the legal aspects of M&A deals. The third annual conference entitled "Mergers and Acquisitions in Ukraine" will take place on November 25, 2010. Avellum Partners law firm, which specializes in the M&A market, is the legal partner of the event. The purpose of the conference is to provide comprehensive information about the current conditions of the M&A market in Ukraine and give a general picture of the M&A market's revival in 2010. Participants will be able to discuss new, effective ways of solving the urgent problems Ukrainian businesses face in the process of preparing and realizing M&A deals.
