The howling success of the first backpack model had to be followed by the appearance of its new modifications – it would have been a big mistake, if the company hadn’t done this. Therefore, XD Design very quickly got the idea that they should continue developing the product line. That’s why several month later Bobby Compact was designed. This is a bit smaller “remix” of the original backpack that we has already wrote about in our blog.

However, both these models are designed for young people, while the problem of pickpocketing in public places is the same for people of all ages. That’s why quite soon the company announced another new “business” model of its backpack, which without any hesitations can be taken to the office or to any business meeting.

So, now Bobby Bizz continues history of the company’s success — this is the third odel of the product line.

XD Design brand Bobby has already made its name, therefore placing it on IndieGogo was some kind of PR formality. Nevertheless, the campaign has collected 10 times more than the stated minimum amount required. It’s no surprise that the company developers stayed true to their “anti-theft” backpack design idea. Only the concept has changed. Shanghainese designers put operability (not the appearance) at the top of their priorities. This is how Bizz has become a transformer.
