A credit facility recently opened by PJSC "Marfin Bank" is aimed at financing the completion of Four-Star "Hotel Milano" located in the very heart of the historic centre of Odesa - in Krasny Lane corner of Deribasivska Street. Joint projects of this kind have traditionally been viewed by PJSC "Marfin Bank" as part of its priority targets setting a vivid example of real economy support. Similar projects emerging in the city contribute to the development of its infrastructure, jobs creation and in general enhance the overall potential of Odesa as a large tourist hub of Ukraine stimulating a strong increase in tax revenues. On June 27, 2017, Rating Agency "Credit-Rating" re-affirmed a long-term credit rating of PJSC "Marfin Bank" as uaА, outlook – stable. And on August 31 of the current year, yet another time, the deposit safety rating of the Bank was confirmed at "5" mark. The traditionally stable ratings of the Bank are justified by the high ratios such as profitability, capital adequacy and consistency.
