2nd Ukrainian Nationwide Forum of Corporate Secretaries is one of the most significant events of the year in Corporate Governance!

The 2nd Ukrainian Nationwide Forum of Corporate Secretaries is the annual national industry event aimed at the development of Corporate Governance and Institution of Corporate Secretaries in Ukraine. The Forum will be held under the patronage of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission as the State Regulator and under support of the European Business Association.

The organizers of the event are Pavlenko & Poberezhnyuk Law Group (a multi-profile Ukrainian law firm, one of the key practices of which has been providing complex support to securities transactions and the Stock Market projects) and the Ukrainian Stock Market Infrastructure Development Agency (SMIDA).

The Forum will cover the most relevant and significant aspects of Corporate Governance that concern Ukrainian and international business working in Ukraine. The 'best practice' in Ukrainian and international Corporate Governance will be reviewed as well as the correlation of Corporate Governance and profitable attraction of investment, law regulation of Corporate Governance in Ukraine and recent changes in current legislation are going to be discussed. During the event the methods of efficient Corporate Governance development for businesses will be observed, the problems corporate secretaries frequently face will be highlighted and the ways to their solutions will be proposed.
