Annual conference on corporate governance and sustainable business development

On October 1, 2013, Kyiv will host the annual conference "Corporate Governance and Sustainable Business Development" for business owners and board members.

The conference is dedicated to practical instruments and experience of creation of an effective system of corporate governance as a necessary base for stable development, competitiveness and growth of business value.

Corporate management can't be reduced to fulfillment of requirements and recommendations for work of institutes of management of the company, procedures of decision making or reporting system. Effective corporate management is first of all an instrument of creation of trust, which helps company to get resources, necessary for successful implementation of its strategy. It is a means of providing a stable long-term development of business, of reducing risks connected with conflicts of interests or external threats. That is why quality of corporate management is important for public companies as well as private and family companies.

The conference sessions will be held in form of informal panel discussions. During these discussions, famous entrepreneurs, top managers, investors, professionals will discuss practical problems, stories of success and loses, profit and expenses of building an effective system of corporate management.
