Head of Concorde Capital links his arrest to participation in Manifest 42 movement

The founder and head of the investment company Concorde Capital, Ihor Mazepa, detained by law enforcement officers on the Ukrainian-Polish border on January 18, believes that this may be due to his active participation in the Manifest 42 public movement.

"This may... resonate with our initiative on the manifest, to protect business from lawlessness," he said in a comment to reporters during a Channel Five broadcast from the courthouse.

According to him, the proceedings for which all procedural actions are unfolding now were initiated 10 years ago; they were registered back in 2014. However, the proceedings have begun to actively unfolding in the last one and a half months.
