YanAir to resume Kyiv-Tbilisi flight on June 18

YanAir airline (Zhytomyr) will on June 18, 2015 open flights on the Kyiv-Tbilisi-Kyiv route and a Boeing 737 will operate on the route, the press service of the Kyiv international airport (Zhuliany), from where the flights will run.

The flights will run on Thursdays and Sundays.

According to the report, the price of a one way ticket, taking into account all duties is from $140, and a return ticket will cost from $240 (at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the moment of the purchase of tickets).

The airline will provide catering and beverages during the fight.

As reported, in November 2014 the airline suspended regular flights due to low seasonal demand. All the following flights were suspended: Kyiv-Tbilisi, Kyiv-Batumi and Kyiv-Odesa.

Yanair was registered in Zhytomyr on June 15, 2012. In July 2013 it received the certificate for operations. The airline is based at Kyiv Zhuliany International Airport.

At present, the company’s fleet consists of two Saab 340 planes, three Airbus A320 planes and one Boeing 737-300 plane.
