Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry jointly, with Talent Advisors, ЕBS and Deloitte is about to begin searching for new director generals at the State Rail Transport Administration (Ukrzaliznytsia), and at Boryspil and Lviv airports.

CVs will be accepted between December 31, 2014, and January 12, 2015 (including weekends and bank holidays), the ministry's press service said.

Candidacies will be considered in several phases. First, a shortlist will be formed by a group of experts, examining the candidates who had sent applications to min _ infr @ talent- advisors.com.

The list of the finalists will be posted on the ministry's website, after the assessment of all submitted documents.

The infrastructure minister will decide on the final candidate after interviewing all finalists.

The key aims for candidates who hope to head the airports include the development of a strategy for developing the airports, which will turn existing infrastructure into a popular international transport hub, attract new clients, boost passenger and freight turnover, improve the airports' financial performance and strengthen their position in the international transportation market.

Candidates who hope to lead Ukrzaliznytsia must present proposals on the reformation of its business management model, to introduce business processes and efficiency management tools, which will incorporate the best international practices into Ukrzaliznytsia's organizational structure, ensure the efficiency and transparency of commercial operations and, as a result, improve the administration's financial results.

In addition, the new head should be a good crisis manager.
