Ukrainian Premier Arseniy Yatseniuk has asked Secretary General of the Amnesty International Salil Shetty to help with release of Oleh Sentsov and Nadia Savchenko who he said were illegally kidnapped from Ukrainian territory.

"Taking into account a scheduled trip of Amnesty International Secretary General to Moscow, Arseniy Yatseniuk asked Shetty to assist in liberation of Oleh Sentsov and Nadia Savchenko, who have been illegally kidnapped from the Ukrainian territory, and still being kept by the Russian authorities," the government's press service said on the results of the meeting between the parties in Kyiv on Monday.
