Seven Russian journalists expelled from Ukraine since March - Security Service

Ukraine's Security Service (SBU) said it had expelled seven Russian journalists from the country between March 1 and June 17 this year because of "their actions that ran against the national security interests of Ukraine."

The SBU made the announcement in answering a question from Ukraine's Institute of Mass Information, the institute said in a statement on Monday.

The SBU said no proceedings had been launched against the journalists under the law "On the Legal Status of Aliens and Stateless Persons" or under the Instructions on the Compulsory Repatriation and Compulsory Expulsion from Ukraine of Aliens and Stateless Persons.
