Dragon Capital closes acquisition of Vinnytsia trade center Sky Park

Dragon Capital Investments Limited, part of Dragon Capital, has closed a deal on the acquisition of Askor Company (Kyiv), which manages the shopping center Sky Park in Vinnytsia and owns land under it, the company's press service has said.

The transaction value is not disclosed.

"Vinnytsia is a powerful regional center in Ukraine with almost 400,000 residents and the capital of the region with a rapidly growing economy. This is our third acquisition of real estate outside Kyiv region since 2016, which is our response to the growing purchasing power of the population in the regions of Ukraine," Dragon Capital CEO Tomas Fiala said.

According to the state register of legal entities and individuals, the share of Dragon Capital Investments Limited in the charter capital of the shopping center is 99.99%, another 0.01% belongs to Dragon Capital Holding Limited. The ultimate beneficiary is Tomas Fiala.

Askor Company LLC was established in 2014. According to the state register, its core business is real estate leasing.

The Sky Park trade center is located in the center of Vinnytsia. Its total area is about 30,000 square meters.
