Altgen and EMZA that bought Kostiantynivska and Myhia hydroelectric power plants (HPPs, both are in Mykolaiv region) at the privatization tenders, have fully paid for the plant to the state.

The press service of Ukraine's State Property Fund reported that Altgen paid UAH 64 million and EMZA – UAH 52.5 million.
