Kraft Foods Ukraine renamed Mondelez Ukraine

PJSC Kraft Foods Ukraine, part of Mondelez International, has completed the process of renaming itself as Mondelez Ukraine.

"Since 2012, the company has been part of the Mondelez International corporation and renaming is the next stage of the changes in the company," reads a statement.

The state registration of the new name in Ukraine was completed in early February 2014.

As reported, the company in Ukraine includes Trostianets confectionery factory (Sumy region) and subsidiary Chips Lux LLC (Kyiv region).

The company sells products under the brands of Jacobs, Carte Noire, Korona, Milka, Vedmedyk Barni, OREO, TUC, Belvita! Dobry Ranok, Lux, Halls, Dirol, Picnic, and Tassimo.
