Israel will accept 10 children with cancer from Ukraine for free treatment
Ten seriously ill children from Ukraine will undergo treatment in various oncology clinics in Israel. This was reported by vesty.co.il.
«The first girl - 4-year-old Solomiya from Poltava - has already arrived in Israel with her mother. She will receive help at Haifa's Rambam Hospital. Other children from different parts of Ukraine will arrive during the week. All of them suffer from complex oncological diseases and require expensive and long-term treatment. Some children need complex surgery and organ transplantation», - the message reads.
The charity event is held with the cooperation of the Ministry of Health and hospitals and is financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Embassy of Israel arranges for children and accompanying persons to be sent to Poland, and from there to Israel.
