Kyiv, March 1 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The shortage of pediatric ophthalmologists in Ukraine is 20%, the chief pediatric ophthalmologist of the Health Ministry, Yuriy Barinov, said during a press conference hosted by Interfax-Ukraine on Thursday.
