Kyiv, April 11 (Interax-Ukraine) - Crimean Developer Company LLC (Simferopol) could start realizing a development project on the basis of one of the operating sanatoria in Saky (Crimea), the company's director general, Mykola Filipov, said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Tuesday.

"We're paying a lot of attention to the development of the western coast of Crimea, and it is possible that the next project after the realization of the project [on the construction of the Meganom shopping and leisure mall in Simferopol] will be engaged in construction of commercial real estate in the western coast of Crimea – the town of Saky," he said.

Filipov said that the project is being developed, and its realization depends on the realistic forecasts of the development of the western coast of Crimea declared by local authorities.

Filipov did not disclose other details of the project.
