Yanukovych urges cabinet to provide in amendments to 2013 state budget funds for implementation of his orders to regional authorities

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has urged the government to provide in the draft amendments to the state budget for 2013 the necessary funds for the implementation of the president's instructions to the regional authorities.

"I demand that during the preparations of the amendments to the state budget for 2013 funds should be provided in full for the regions to implement the delegated powers and regional orders of the president of Ukraine," he said opening an expanded government meeting on Wednesday.
