Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. (the United States) has issued a new tranche of credit-linked notes (CLN) for hryvnia-pegged UAH 550 million government domestic loan bonds due on April 19, 2023.

Citigroup said on the website of the Euronext Dublin, the securities were placed on the listing on May 15, 2018.

CLN were issued under Reg S rule (for non-U.S. investors) with the maturity term on April 26, 2023.

CLN were placed at the price of 100.54% of the face value. The volume of the issue was $21.203 million.

According to the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU), in general, as of May 15, nonresidents held government domestic loan bonds for UAH 11.357 billion.
