Azeri veterinary service to inspect Ukrainian milk companies on Nov 9-20

The Veterinary Service of Azerbaijan will visit Ukraine to inspect a number of dairy companies on November 9-20, deputy head of the State Veterinary and Biosecurity Service of Ukraine Oleksandr Verzhykhovsky has said.
"The competent authorities of Azerbaijan have sent a letter of readiness to come and inspect our dairy objects," he said at a meeting of the Ukrainian Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food.
He said that 20 enterprises will be inspected.
He added that Ukraine is expanding its export capacity in the direction of the EU and the CIS. In particular, 235 Ukrainian enterprises are allowed to supply products to the EU, three have been allowed to export to Moldova, 11 to Kazakhstan, and nine to Azerbaijan (in addition, another 178 companies expressed interest in supplies to this country), 13 to Uzbekistan, seven to Kyrgyzstan, and 26 to Armenia.
