Visa has blocked access for sanctioned Russian banks, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine informs.
"The company condemns the Russian invasion of Ukraine and supports the Ukrainian people. Visa Foundation will provide $2 million to UNICEF for humanitarian assistance to Ukrainians. It will also double the amount of all staff donations (up to $1 million) to UNICEF and the Red Cross to provide assistance to Ukraine," the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine said on Telegram.
