Ukraine destroys/suppresses 135 of 156 Russian air attack vehicles overnight – Air Force
On the night of January 12 (from 18:00 on January 11), the enemy attacked with 156 attack UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera type and drones of other types from the following directions: Millerovo, Kursk, Orel, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk - Russia, Chauda – temporarily occupied Crimea, about 110 of them – Shahed UAVs, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine said on Telegram.
"According to preliminary data, as of 8:00, air defense shot down/suppressed 135 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera type and drones of other types in the north, south, east and center of the country," the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine informs.
In addition, hits of 16 attack UAVs were recorded at 11 locations, as well as the fall of downed (fragments) at two locations.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
