Russia hits power facility in Novhorod-Siversky, several settlements without electricity
Several settlements were left without electricity as a result of a strike Russia on an energy facility in the city of Novhorod-Siversky, Chernihiv region, on Monday morning, Chernihivoblenergo said on Telegram on Monday morning.
"As a result of the shelling, an important energy facility in the Novhorod-Siversky district was damaged. A number of settlements were left without electricity. As soon as the security situation allows, energy workers will begin emergency restoration work," the report said.
According to local media, there were no casualties as a result of the strike.
