Verkhovna Rada Chairman Andriy Parubiy has signed the law passed by the parliament on the day off on December 25 and the abolition of May 2 as a day off.
According to the website of the Ukrainian parliament, Parubiy signed law passed by the Verkhovna Rada (No. 5496), the document was sent for signature to the president.
As it was reported, on November 16 people's deputies introduced Christmas on December 25 into the list of holidays and non-working days in the Labor Code of Ukraine and excluded the day off on May 2 from this list.
