What the people had long recognized is now officially acknowledged by the state.
In the most difficult days of the Revolution of Dignity, he founded and coordinated the Maidan Self-Defense. When the country needed unity, he led the Verkhovna Rada. Throughout his life, he remained committed to a pro-Ukrainian course, faithfully serving the state. He inspired both his comrades and the younger generation.
For European Solidarity, he was not only a comrade, the leader of the party wrote on Facebook. He was a friend, a brother, the second on the list, a symbol of strength and patriotism.
Not a day goes by that we don’t remember Andriy. The title Hero of Ukraine truly belongs to him. No insinuations can ever change this, because he was genuine.
Eternal memory to the Hero of Ukraine, Andriy Parubiy.
